Job Qualifications
- 2 year experience in sales for corporate, travel agents & government segment.
- Base in Bangkok. Visit business partners & properties by car.
- Ability to use PC (Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to complete tasks even small / detailed without any mistake)
- Other requirements
- Thai National Only, Male / Female Age: 25 – 35*Negotiable
- Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership, critical thinking, initiative and creative person.
- Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to create the largest hospitality chain in Southeast Asia from scratch.
- Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill.
- Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary.

Coordinator
- Build and maintain the good relationship with the partner
- Contact partners on daily routine to catch up updates
Sales Person
- Proactively source new accounts for deals
- Present products attractively to accounts
- Issue contracts & promotions by making some special arrangements in specified areas
- Make the list of contacts for sourcing new accounts
Internal Communication
- Main point of the contact of sales deals
- Negotiate conditions with agents / accounts when there are issues
Analist
- Do current analysis and come up with initiatives
- Draft action plans for acquiring new offline sales opportunities
Sales Enablement
- Support property sales on the process to achieve the goal
- Guide property sales to make performance
- Cooperate with the property sales to get more opportunities
