Job Qualifications
Must
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field *Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good English skill
- Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary
- Being able to travel frequently

- Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to build a global hospitality chain of 1,000 properties
- Strong passion/motivation for a start-up business

- Ability to analyze an existing work process to prose a new improved process
- Communication skill to deal with various parties of the organization to newly implement a new procedure

Job Details
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Being a key member of a growing start-up in the hospitality industry. The hotel chain is expanding its property portfolio and aiming to expand into oversea market in near future.
- Working closely with CEO, a Japanese entrepreneur and the founder of the start-up
- For 2 years, working on various strategic initiatives (2 projects per quarter x 8 quarters = 16 projects) within the hotel management company to realize more revenue, less cost, more guest satisfaction, and more efficient operation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management Support to CEO
- Working with CEO on various strategic initiatives that would include long-term business plan, reporting to investors, alliance building with potential business partners, etc.
- Working on any other assignment from CEO as a part of strategic initiative for long-term growth of the company
DX Innovation: Corporate Level
- Spearheading internal projects to improve operational procedures in various areas of the corporate office
- The project output would include new workflow, new templates of files, new IT system, etc.
- The area of projects would include accounting, purchasing, HR, IT, hotel pre-opening activity, sales and marketing, reservation, construction, business development, etc.
DX Innovation: Property Level
- Spearheading internal projects to improve operational procedures in various areas of a hotel property
- The project output would include new workflow, new templates of files, new IT system, etc.
The area of projects would include front office operation, housekeeping, engineering, F&B service operation, kitchen operation etc.
