Job Qualifications

Communication

Data Analysis

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Computer and Software

  • Well known about basic ‘Microsoft office’ program

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Working following check list and basic task about recruiting (property & junior, assistant position etc) with an advise

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing Channel

  • Find variety of hiring channel for each position and post it through timeline.
  • Set timeline and create advertise to post hiring on time (by schedule)
  • Respond to candidate on each chanel and keep update information of each channel
  • Record data of hiring chennel and keep update

Interview Process

  • Following process of an interview on-time and complate document for an appointment interview
  • Interviews must be on time and each round should not be too far apart.(Keep each position by a week process)
  • Document of candidate should prepare and complete before interview date
  • Make sure that give feedback to each candidate properly

 Document Management

  • To make sure that all document and form related to recruitment are provided
  • Make sure that candidate applicant completely fill information
  • Filing document properly through centerize drive
  • Complete Hand over all candidate document to operation hr team for new join process before join date

On Boading process

  • To let new join start working smooth on day 1
  • Make sure that both new join and team acknowladge about timeline of starting date (training plan)
  • General new join stuff have to prepare before join date (uniform, name tag, etc) including an announcement to team before hand
  • Engage with new join and make sure that new join can get along with team

Project management

  • Process of mass recruit & prepare other HR related stuff for new project following guidline by supervisor
  • Process advertise for mass hiring (open house event)
  • Keep record of candidate resume through file and foulder properly
  • Pro-active for hiring activity for new project (during open house)

Training Program

  • Process training (internal training conduct by HR)
  • Ensure that staff got orientation and hr system training during starting period
  • Prepare necessary material for training and venue if need
  • Complete process of training evaluation form for each new join/employee and have monthly evaluation
  • Provide for external training (public training, food safety training)
