Job Qualifications
- Engineering: Maintenance or engineering experience
- Service: Responds to all customer requests in a timely and personable manner
- Communication: Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects as assigned
- Hotel System: Building Electricity System, Building Water, System Building, AC System Hotel Electronic Equipment
- Stock Management: Stock count
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Resident Master

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
Someone to conduct “Perfect Operation” for Engineer
- Conducting the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, both electrical and mechanical
- Responsible for preventative maintenance and assists in the repairs and maintenance of hotel
equipment including mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors etc. - Reporting to Resident Master and in corporate with Head Quarter Office
