Job Details

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

To initiate and lead projects to improve the strategic efficiency of the back office mainly.

  • Design back-office strategy and set goals for growth
  • Improvement proposals to top management
  • preadhead a process of the new IT system, such as ERP, configuration with operational improvements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Accounting

  • Standardization and streamlining of accounting work currently done by individual hotels
  • Centralized accounting at individual hotels

2) Purchasing / Supply Chain

  • Streamlining and centralizing purchasing activities in individual hotels
  • Creation of distribution centers and their efficient use

3) HR

  • Improving the efficiency and centralization of activities related to human resources (recruitment, labor management, payroll, etc.)

4) IT

  • Establish effective use of IT systems
  • Support for improving efficiency of various operations using IT
