Job Qualifications

Compliance knowledge

  • To be aware of the rules and regulations for payroll

  • Needs to be capable of solving any problems that may arise in a competent, logical and efficient manner.

Computer and Software

  • Well known about basic ‘Microsoft office program’

  • To be highly organised to ensure all of your obligations are fulfilled adequately and on time.

Time management

  • You will need to work under strict deadlines to ensure wages are processed on time

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Information

  • Process basic employee information to complete for payroll
  • Record employee information through staff file properly and keep hard copy filing well
  • Make sure other document related to payroll process complete record
  • Employees information should correct both staff file and Myhr system

Staff welfare and benefit policy

  • Ensure that acknowladge about current company welfare and benefit
  • Know basic about current benefit policy of each property
  • Can answer question from staff
  • Get feedback from staff about benefit request or suggest

General Affair

  • Working on other administrative task (including Visa & WP)
  • Prepare an update basic information for staff who non-Thai Nationality of each property
  • Make sure that document filing is an update version
  • Other admin task related on time renew and process
