Job Qualifications
Must
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field *Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good English skill
- Willing to become hotel GM in near future

- Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to build a global hospitality chain of 1,000 properties
- Strong passion/motivation for a start-up business

- Fast learner

- Ability to complete tasks by always exceeding an expectation from colleagues

- Possible to be assigned at any property in Thailand
Job Details
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- One-year management training program to become GM of a hotel in 1-2 years
- Working as a front office staff and F&B service staff for one-year with a special curriculum to become GM soon
- After 1-year, becoming Assistant GM or GM of a hotel under company’s management, depending on a qualification. Or the contract shall be terminated with one-month severance pay.
