• Engineering: Maintenance or engineering experience
• Service: Responds to all customer requests in a timely and personable manner
• Communication: Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects as assigned
• Hotel System: Building Electricity System, Building Water, System Building, AC System Hotel Electronic Equipment
• Stock Management: Stock count
• Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Resident Master

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
Someone to conduct “Perfect Operation” for Engineer

• Conducting the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, both electrical and mechanical
• Responsible for preventative maintenance and assists in the repairs and maintenance of hotel
  equipment including mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors etc.
• Reporting to Resident Master and in corporate with Head Quarter Office

• 2 Days Off/week
